Is the logo imprint really free?
Yes. Every order includes a one-colour imprint of your logo in one location at no extra charge. Additional colours and locations are quoted separately.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product and are shown on each item page — many start at 50 or 100 pieces.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Add items to your Sample Order Cart. The sample cost is credited back on a qualifying bulk order.
Artwork
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi+) is acceptable for simple logos.
How fast will I get a proof?
Within one business day of receiving artwork. Production begins only after you approve.
Shipping
How long does production take?
Standard is 7–10 business days. Rush production as fast as 3 business days is available on most items.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes — tell your rep and we'll quote split shipments.
Payment
Do you offer Net-30 terms?
Qualified businesses can apply from their account. We also accept major credit cards and purchase orders.
